Aloi Receipt Pipeline

A private tool for Aloi Plumbing to organize supplier documents and reconcile purchase costs.

With the owner’s authorization, it reads selected supplier emails and PDF attachments, extracts purchase details, checks for duplicates, and matches documents with final invoices. Approved records support the taskboard and cost history. Discrepancies are flagged for review.

The importer is not open for public registration. Gmail access is read-only; it cannot send, edit, or delete email. Connecting an account does not automatically enable imports.
